Raw Substrates

Electrical Steel Coils

Electrical steel coils are iron-silicon alloys containing between 0.5-2.5% silicon that have been specially engineered for electromagnetic applications. These cold-rolled sheets display high magnetic permeability, low core loss and increased electrical resistivity -- features that significantly decrease energy loss within electrical devices. Transformer coils typically utilize Grain-Oriented Electrical Steel (GOES), while non-Oriented Electrical Steel (NOES) is often found on motors and generators. Most coils feature insulation coatings (such as C6N8 or C628) to reduce eddy currents and boost efficiency. Electrical steel coils come in various grades and thicknesses, making them essential in producing motors, transformers, generators and other electromagnetic devices essential to today's electrical infrastructure.

Galvanized Steel Coil

Galvanized steel coil is a carbon steel sheet or strip coated on both sides with an alloy of zinc to protect it from corrosion and rust, using hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing processes, to form an impervious barrier that serves as a sacrificial layer if scratched, making galvanized steel coils highly durable, cost-effective solutions that can withstand even harsh environments. Galvanized steel coils have widespread uses across construction, automotive, appliances agriculture and electrical industries due to their strength versatility long lasting corrosion resistance ranging between 0.1mm to 4.0mm in thickness with typical thickness ranging between 0.04 and 4.

Galvanized Aluminum Sheet

Galvanized aluminum sheet combines aluminum's lightweight properties with protective zinc coatings applied through processes such as hot-dip galvanization, electro-galvanizing or in-line galvanizing. Zinc coating provides extra corrosion protection in harsh environments like marine, agricultural and construction settings. Hot-dip galvanized sheets feature thick zinc coatings for durability while electro-galvanized variants feature thinner and uniform layers suitable for automotive parts and electronic enclosures. In-line galvanization ensures consistent thickness for high volume industrial applications ranging from roofing to machinery manufacturing. These sheets balance strength, corrosion resistance and versatility - serving sectors from roofing to machinery production.

Tin Free Steel

Tin Free Steel (TFS), also known as Electrolytic Chromium Coated Steel (ECCS), replaces tin with layers of chromium and chromium oxide for corrosion protection, providing superior paint adhesion, heat resistance and cost effectiveness over tinplate. Perfect for food cans, aerosol containers and electronic parts; lacquering may be needed when handling acidic contents.

Coated Materials

Electrolytic Tin Plate

Electrolytic Tin Plate (ETP) is low-carbon steel electroplated with tin to form a multilayered structure (steel base, iron-tin alloy, metallic tin, passivation film and oil layer) designed to resist corrosion and ensure its durability. Due to its excellent formability, solderability and lacquer adhesion properties it makes Electrolytic Tin Plate an excellent choice for food cans, beverage containers and electronic components; however it must be stored dry to avoid oxidation.

SPTE Tinplate

SPTE Tinplate (Steel Plate Tin Electrolytic) is a Japanese standard electrolytic tin-coated steel produced through cold rolling, annealing, and electrolytic deposition of tin coatings. Boasting uniform thickness (0.14-0.70mm) and coating weights of 2.8-11.2 g/m2, this plating offers corrosion resistance, solderability, formability for food cans, aerosol containers, and closures - providing corrosion-resistance.

Metal Tin Plate

Metal Tin Plate (tinplate) is cold-rolled steel electroplated with tin on both sides via electrodeposition, providing corrosion resistance and solderability that combines its strengths with that of tin for use in food cans, oil filters and electronic parts. Available in tempers T1-T5 for single reduction (SRD) applications as well as double reduction DR grades to meet different hardness/thickness (0.006-0.0149 inches).

Tin Plated Steel Sheet

Tin Plated Steel Sheet is cold-rolled steel electrolytically coated with 1.1-11.2 grams per square meter of tin through electrodeposition, producing a corrosion-resistant and solderable product ideal for food cans, battery casings and electronic connectors. Available as single reduced (T1-T5 tempers) or double reduced DR grades variants in thickness ranges of 0.15-0.50mm as stipulated by ASTM A623. Additionally lacquers may enhance durability for use on this material.

Tinplate Coil

Tinplate coil refers to cold-rolled steel sheets electrolytically coated with tin (1.1–11.2 g/m² per side), combining steel's strength with tin's corrosion resistance and solderability. Used primarily in food/beverage cans, aerosol containers, and electronic components, it features tempers (T1-T5, DR8-DR10) for varying hardness and surface finishes (bright, stone, matte). The tin layer prevents oxidation while allowing lacquer adhesion and decorative printing. Common specifications include thicknesses 0.15–0.70mm and widths up to 1,067mm, processed via continuous annealing for uniform ductility

Tinplate Sheets

Tinplate sheets are electrolytically coated cold-rolled low carbon steel sheets made of cold rolled low carbon steel sheets with an electrolytically applied layer of tin (1.1-11.2g/m2) for corrosion resistance and solderability, combining steel's strength with that of tin's corrosion resistance and solderability. Available with tempers (T1-T5, DR8-DR10) varying hardness levels as well as surface finishes (bright, stone or matte), they're widely used to make compatibility between lacquers and decorative printing designs as well. Applications include food/beverage cans (fruits vegetables carbonated drinks) aerosol containers pesticides cosmetics packaging as well as industrial packaging applications (chemicals or paints). Their non-toxic recyclable nature combined with light/moisture barrier properties makes them essential in maintaining product integrity.

Printed / Finished Packaging

Tinplate Lid

Tinplate lids are corrosion-resistant metal closures made of either tin-coated steel (tinplate) or tin-free steel (TFS), featuring chromium/chromium oxide layers. Used primarily in food cans, beverage containers and industrial packaging applications for hermetic sealant applications requiring hermetic sealing plastisol liners, and with lever hinges or full aperture pull tabs for opening them easily. Common models (e.g. 307# with an 83mm diameter; 401# at 99mm diameter) feature interior coatings (aluminum/gold) for acid resistance while exterior printing create branding opportunities while hot fill processes support hot fill processes with BPA-free options available ensuring product freshness while supporting hot fill processes while supporting hot-fill processes as BPA-free options exist for these closures as recyclable lids ensure product freshness while supporting hot fill processes as well as hot fill processes using BPA-free options available with BPA-free options available as an option.

Tin plate Cans

Tin plate cans are corrosion-resistant containers made of tin-coated steel sheets (tinplate), combining steel's strength with the protective properties of tin. Usually 0.14-0.50mm thick, these cans feature chromium passivation layers and organic coatings for enhanced durability, hermetic sealing to block light/moisture while resisting acidic foods (tomatoes/fruits) as well as oxidation; widely used for food, beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceutical use. Recyclability supports sustainability (65% steel recycling rate); modern variants utilize double/three piece designs featuring lacquered interior lacquered interior lacquered exteriors to brand your brand identity!

Printed Tinplate

Printed Tinplate refers to thin steel sheets (0.15-0.5mm thick) coated with decorative designs applied via offset lithography and featuring chromium passivation and tin layers of 1.1-11.2g/m2) featuring corrosion-resistance coatings of chromium passivation with layers of tin (1.1-11.2g/m2). This process enhances corrosion resistance while providing vibrant branding for food/beverage cans, decorative tins, and industrial packaging - it even meets standards like JIS G3303 and ASTM; its recyclingability and hermetic seal properties make it ideal for maintaining product integrity while increasing shelf appeal!
